Please read these terms carefully before booking. They outline how K&W Sweets Cart works with each client to make every event sweet, smooth, and stress-free.
By booking K&W Sweets Cart, you agree to the following terms. They protect both our clients and our team and help us deliver an unforgettable celebration.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The deposit amount will be applied toward the total balance.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of any payments made.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion based on availability.
Any changes to your event (guest count, candy selection, theme, etc.) must be communicated at least 5 days prior to the event date.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability.
K&W Sweets Cart will arrive prior to the event start time to complete setup.
Clients are responsible for:
Setup and breakdown times will be agreed upon in advance.
Once setup is complete, K&W Sweets Cart is not responsible for:

Clients are responsible for informing guests of any potential allergens.
For outdoor events, the client must provide adequate shelter.
In cases of severe weather, we reserve the right to:
We may take photos/videos of the setup for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.).
If you prefer not to have your event photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your event.
By booking with K&W Sweets Cart and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
